First Sale Scout Licenses and Verification

This page identifies the company that operates First Sale Scout, explains how to verify it, and lists the third-party software and assets used on the Site and their licenses.

1. Company Verification

1.1 Operator

The website at https://firstsale.pro and the First Sale Scout service are operated by LIKE A KING INC., a New York corporation.

1.2 How to verify

You may verify the existence and status of a New York corporation through the New York Department of State corporation and business entity search: https://apps.dos.ny.gov/publicInquiry/. Search for the entity name "LIKE A KING INC."

1.3 Identification numbers

We do not publish identification numbers on this page. Where a number appears in a public government record, that record is the authoritative source.

2. Professional Licenses

No professional license is required for, or held in connection with, First Sale Scout. The Service is a software tool for customer acquisition. It does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, accounting or other licensed professional services, and nothing in it is professional advice. See Section 10 of the Terms of Service.

The fonts are served from our own servers.

3.3 Home page template

The home page animation is based on the template "Quarrow Particle Data Cloud" by AnimatedWebs, used under an AnimatedWebs Pro license. The template remains the property of its owner, and it is not offered for redistribution under these Terms.

4. Our Licensing Policy

We record the license of each dependency, font and template we use. We do not include code under the GPL or AGPL in our products, and we do not copy competitors' layouts, prompts, videos or images.
