First Sale Scout Cookies and Local Storage

This page explains what the website at https://firstsale.pro stores on your device. It is part of the Privacy Notice, and LIKE A KING INC. operates the Site.

1. Summary

At the effective date, the Site sets no cookies and uses no localStorage or sessionStorage. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, tracking pixels or fingerprinting.

2. What the Site Does Not Do

2.1 It does not set first-party or third-party cookies.

2.2 It does not write to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.

2.3 It does not load advertising, social-media or third-party analytics scripts.

2.4 It does not build a profile of you across other websites.

3. What the Site Does Load

3.1 Fonts. The Site loads fonts that are hosted on our own servers, so your browser does not request them from a third-party font service. Loading a font file is a normal page request that is recorded in server logs. See Section 5.

3.2 WebGL animation. The home page runs a graphics animation in your browser using WebGL. It runs locally in your browser, and it does not store information on your device or send data about you to us. If your browser does not support WebGL, or you have set a reduced-motion preference, a simpler version is shown. See the Accessibility Statement.

3.3 Forms. When you submit the waitlist form or the contact form, the information you enter is sent to us. Your browser may offer to autofill or remember form entries under your own browser settings, which we do not control.

4. Analytics

If we enable analytics, we will use self-hosted, cookieless analytics software (Umami) that runs on our own infrastructure. It measures page views and referrers in aggregate without setting a cookie or other identifier on your device, and without sending data to an advertising network. If this changes, we will update this page and the Privacy Notice before the change takes effect.

5. Server Logs

Like most websites, our servers automatically record technical information when you request a page, such as IP address, time, requested address, response code, referrer, and browser and device type. We use it for security, debugging and capacity planning, and keep it for a limited period (see the Privacy Notice). These logs are not stored on your device.

6. What Will Change When Accounts Launch

6.1 When user Accounts launch, we expect to set a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. It will be set only after you sign in or begin signing in, will be marked secure and HttpOnly where possible, and will expire when your session ends or after a limited period.

6.2 Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under most laws, and you cannot turn them off in the Service without being unable to sign in, but you can block or delete them in your browser settings.

6.3 We will not set advertising, cross-site tracking or sale-related cookies. Any non-essential cookie or storage we introduce will be off by default and will require your opt-in, and we will list it on this page with its name, purpose, provider and duration.

7. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of sale and sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so the signal does not change our practices today, but we will honor it if they change. We do not track you across other sites, so our Site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

8. Your Choices

8.1 You can control cookies and storage in your browser settings, including blocking them or deleting them. You can use a browser or extension that sends GPC.

8.2 Blocking storage does not affect the Site as it operates today.
